Valerie’s Senior Portrait Session | Portsmouth Senior Photography

It’s hard to believe that Valerie will be graduating from Hickory High School in just a few short months! I’m so glad we were able to get together for her senior photo session. Senior year is such a huge time and I think it’s especially important to memorize it in photos. We had a great time trekking through Olde Towne Portsmouth. I took them so far and wide that Valerie’s mom ended up going back to get the car so that Valerie could change in it!

Anyway, I had a great time with you and your mom, Valerie and hope you love your images. You’re beautiful and have the world’s BEST smile! I can’t wait to see what comes next for you. =)

I had a great time with Miss V and her mama as we talked around Olde Towne and chatted up a storm. Though I know them from church, this is the first time I’ve really been able to have a conversation with V….and a 2 1/2 hour one at that! I had a bunch of fun and think we really captured V’s personality perfectly. She was such a sport. She was always willing to help me with my ideas. Even as we were busted for ALMOST trespassing (we had the neighbor’s permission! it was his idea!!) and invaded a mini-construction site (there were no fences or “do not enter” signs!). Hmm…this makes me seem much more rock n’ roll than I actually am! Anyway, I can’t wait to finish editing V’s session as I’m sooooo excited by the shots that we got. =)
